Check in any time after 5:00 on date of arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made to check in early.  For earlier check in time, please contact us & we will try to accommodate you.

Please remember that this is our home, we live here, & this is not a hotel.  Please take care of our home so that others may continue to benefit as well.

We apologize but our home is not designed for wheelchair access or walker/scooter access.

Please leave any coolers/tailgating items/camp chairs in the garage or by the back door before you enter the house.

NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house.

No pets.  We love animals but Lolly doesn’t always love animal visitors.  She does LOVE people visitors though so enjoy her while you are away from your furbabies.

No gatherings/parties/events to be held in the room or on the property without prior approval except for your student/cadet, they are more than welcome.  Many times we already have a large group coming.

Not extended stay – cannot accommodate long term, not a summer transition house

Cancellation Policy – Please notify us as soon as you can if you need to cancel so that we can notify anyone on the wait list.

We are well-versed in the ways, traditions, and language of Aggieland including Corps language & culture, so please ask if you have any questions.

Parking – limited & please park on the street 

Pool on premises for registered guests only. Swim at your own risk - there is no lifeguard. No glass by the pool.
